KAUFMAN STREET <br />PARIS, TEXAS <br />MONDAY, OCTOBER 5, 2009 <br />5:30 O'CLOCK P.M. <br />The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, October 5, <br />2009, was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Curtis Fendley, Chairman. <br />A. The following members were present: <br />Curtis Fendley, <br />Bill Harris <br />Bee Garmon <br />Darin Manning <br />Keith Barnett <br />Richard Hunt <br />B. The following members were absent: <br />Bervny Plata <br />C. Shawn Napier, City Engineer; Jeanna Scott, Administrative Assistant and Rhonda <br />Rogers, City Council Member were also present. <br />2. Approval of minutes fironz previous meeting. (Septembef° 15, 2009) <br />Motion was made by Bill Harris, seconded by Darin Manning to approve the minutes for <br />the September 15, 2009 meeting. Motion carried 6-0. <br />Public hearing to provide an oppor-tunitv to present coniments and wr-itten evidence and <br />consideration of and action on r•econirrlending to the Citv Council the adoption o f proposed <br />amendments to the Future Land Use Plan Map as follows: <br />A. That the fisture land use recommended.for• the property located on Lot 11, City Block <br />180, being number 106 Kaufman Street, be changed.from Public Lands and Institution <br />to Central Area. <br />Public hearing was declared open. <br />The following individuals spoke in favor of the petition. <br />-s. 10 <br />
