Continually falling treated water reservoir levels <br />which do not refill above °°v°^ty ^^r^^^* (70oi) six <br />percent (60). overnight. <br />(2) Requirements for termination - Stage 2 of the Plan may <br />be rescinded when all of the conditions listed as triggering <br />events have ceased to exist f^r ^ ° ^a ^f 14 e ~~*i••° <br />Upon termination of Stage 2, Stage 1 becomes operative. <br />(d) Stage 3 Triggers - Severe Water Shortage Conditions <br />(1) Requirements for initiation - Retail water customers <br />shall be required to comply with the requirements and <br />restrictions on certain non-essential water uses provided in <br />Section 34-156 of this Article for Stage 3 when any one of the <br />following triggering events exists: <br />a.
