<br />thirty-two (32) million gallons for fourteen consecutive
<br />days or thirty-six (36) million gallons for six (6)
<br />consecutive days; or
<br />&c. Continually falling treated water reservoir levels

<br />(2) Requirements for termination - Stage 2 of the Plan may
<br />be rescinded when all of the conditions listed as triggering

<br />Upon termination of Stage 2, Stage 1 becomes operative.
<br />(d) Stage 3 Triggers - Severe Water Shortage Conditions
<br />(1) Requirements for initiation - Retail water customers
<br />shall be required to comply with the requirements and
<br />restrictions on certain non-essential water uses provided in
<br />Section 34-156 of this Article for Stage 3 when any one of the
<br />following triggering events exists:
<br />a. When the water supply available to the City of Paris
<br />is eyual to or less than °;°*y ^°r^^^+ r6046~ flfty percent
<br />50° of the Conservation pool in Pat Mayse Lake and
<br />Lake Crook combined; or
