(v) failure to repair a controllable leak(s) within <br />a reasonable period after having been given notice <br />directing the repair of such leak(s). <br />(d) Stage 3 Response - Severe Water Shortage Conditions <br />(1) Target - Achieve a fifteen percent (15%) reduction in <br />daily water demand. <br />(2) Best Management Practices for Supply Management - <br />measures to be implemented directly by the City of Paris to <br />manage limited water supplies and/or reduce water demand will <br />include: reduced or discontinued flushing of water mains, use of <br />reclaimed water for non-potable purposes, stringent operation of <br />the Water Treatment Plant concerning filter backwashing, and <br />discontinuing all outside wash-down activities. <br />(3) Water Use Restrictions for Demand Reduction - all <br />requirements of Stage 2 sha will remain in effect during Stage 3 <br />except: <br />a. Irrigation of landscaped areas shall be limited to <br />the following timeperiods for customers with street <br />addresses ending in an even number (0. 2. 4. 6 or 8) times <br />for wateriniz are Sunday and Thursday mornings from <br />midnight until 10:00 a.m., and evenings from 8:00 p.m. <br />until midnight. For customers with street addresses <br />ending in an odd number (1, 3. S. 7. or 9) times for <br />watering are Wednesday and Saturday mornings from <br />midnight until 10:00 a.m. and evenings from 8:00 p.m. until <br />midni2ht.
