Customers that do not have recorded water usage for <br />each of the winter average months will have thetr winter average calculated <br />based an the residential class average of 625 cubic feeL <br />Monthly commercial and Industrial customers' wastewater volurne shall <br />be based upon one hundred (100) percent of the actual metered potable <br />water consumption, except those custamers whose wastewater is metered, <br />and their volume shall be based upon ane hundred (10()) percent of the <br />metered wastewater. The farmer shall be billed for one hundred (100) <br />percent of the metered potable water and the latter shall be bi]led for one <br />hundred (100) percent of the metered wastewater. <br />(c) USers desiring to discharge sQwage into the Cit}'s sewerage system, the <br />strength of which servag° exceeds two hundred fifty ( 2~0 parts p mil3ion <br />bioc hemica l o x y gen demand (BOD), two hundred fifty ~r millon a of a Qr mmonia <br />of tata1 suspended solids, (TSS), ar thirty (30) parts p <br />(NNa), and which is acceptable under artitle II1 of Chis chapter, may do so <br />upan written permission of the tity and by paying a rnant.hly treatment <br />c'harge in &e 2nount of ninety-four cents ($0.94) per Pound of biochemical <br />oxygen de3nand (BOD) in excess of thQr a}lf total susp~dled agas <br />demand (BOD); forty-threQ cents ($0.43) p poud o <br />(7`SS) in excess of the allowable total svspended solids (TSS); and fifty-two <br />cents. ($0.52) per pound of amrnonia (NH3 ) in excess of the allowable <br />ammania strength. The city shall make the netessary tests of the user's <br />sewage strength to determine tizis charge. The charge prescribed by this <br />subsection shall be in addition to the charges prestribed in subsection (a) <br />hereof.p <br />Settion 4.
