Box 9037 <br />Paris, Texas 75461 <br />Re: Permission to request a zoning change <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br />As the owner of the property described by the enclosed site drawing which includes 7.58 <br />acres, I, Jennilee Randle, hereby give permission for any representative of Southwest <br />LTC, Ltd., or Southwest LTC Management Services, LLC, of 1518 Legacy Drive, Suite <br />110, Frisco, TX 75034 to request a zoning change. The property is currently zoned <br />Agricultural and it is desired to change it to Single Family -2 (SF -2 specific use 20) <br />which will allow the construction of a nursing home. <br />
