Smith on April 17, 1886, recorded in Volume Z2, Page 324, <br />of the Deed Records of said County and State and a part of 40 acres des - <br />cribud in deed frori-i W.G. Moore to John 8. Moore, Alice S. Moore and j. <br />MoorE! to S.E.
