Attachment A <br />Ownership Agreement <br />As stipulated in Article 3 of the Agreement, the RPC shaii establish ownership of all 9-1-1 <br />, equipment located within #he Local Government's jurisdiction. <br />The RPC hereby establishes al19-1-1 equipment located at the Parise Police Department, <br />2910 Clarksville St., Paris, Texas, to be the property of the Ark-Tex Council of <br />Governments, hereinafter referred to as "Owner".
