RESOLUTION NO. 2009-122 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, <br />CASTI11iG ALL OF THE CITY OF PARIS'S 830 VOTES FOR JIM NOBLE FOR <br />MEMBERSHIP ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE LAMAR COUNTY <br />APPRAISAL DISTRICT; MAKIIVG OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED <br />TO THE SUBJECT; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has lieen furnished a list of the candidates <br />for membership on the Board of Directors of the Lamar County Appraisal District; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of casting the Ciry of Paris's 830 votes for Jim <br />Noble; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUIVCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />TEXAS: <br />Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all <br />things approved. <br />Section 2. That the City of Paris's 830 votes be, and the same are hereby, cast for Jim <br />Noble as a member of the Board of Directors of the Lamar County Appraisal District. <br />Section 3. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, directed to execute the City of <br />Paris's ballot and deliver the same to the Lamar County Appraisal District. <br />Section 4.
