Section 23. That all provisions of the ordinances of the City of Paris, Texas in conflict with <br />the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed, and all other provisions of the ordinances <br />of the Ciry of Paris not in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance shall remain in full force <br />and effect. <br />Section 24. That, should it be determined that any clause, condition, or covenant of this <br />franchise is, for any reason, illegal or unenforceable, such clause, condition, or covenant shall be <br />disregarded, and the existence of the same shall not affect the remaining clauses, conditions, or <br />covenants of this franchise. <br />Section 25.
