RESOLUTION NO. 2010-004 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COU11iCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, <br />APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE AIRPORT ADVISORY BOARD TO SERVE <br />THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF PETE KAMPFER, WHICH EXPIRES APRIL 30, <br />2011; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE <br />SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of the Airport Advisory Board <br />of the City of Paris due to the resignation of Pete Kampfer, and it is necessary to appoint his <br />successor; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris does hereby recommend the <br />appointment of Steve Gilbert to serve the unexpired term of Pete Kampfer, which ends <br />April 30, 2011; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, TEXAS: <br />Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby <br />in all things approved. <br />Section 2. That Steve Gilbert be, and he is hereby, appointed to serve the <br />unexpired term of Pete Kampfer, which ends April 30, 2011, as a member of the Airport <br />Advisory Board of the City of Paris. <br />Section 3.
