MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />Planning and Zoning imnission <br />FROM: Shawn Napier, P. <br />Director of Engin 1 ning and Development <br />DATE: February 1, 2010 <br />SUBJECT: Paris DTP Il Preliminary Plat <br />I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. lt appears that the <br />preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following <br />exceptions. <br />l. Show the sewer manhole on the north property line and the associated easement with the <br />volume and page. No structures may be constructed over existing easements and sewer <br />lines. <br />2. Label this a Block A, Lot 1 of the Paris DTP II (name changed after plat was submitted). <br />3. Show current zoning lines. <br />4. Show the nearest fire hydrant with a dimension to the nearest property corner. <br />5. Change the plat boundary to match the corrected copy that was submitted. <br />I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items. <br />cc: Kevin Carruth, City Manager <br />Nick Rogers.
