D. 209 E. Center; Lot 5, Block 20, Fairview Addition - Motion was made by Vicki <br />Ballard, seconded by Wendell Moore, to allow 30 days to demolish. If the <br />property is not demolished in 30 days the City may demolish, with a$1,000 per <br />day civil penalty. Motion carried unanimously. <br />E. 1126 E. Houston; Lot 8-A, Cit,y Block 32-C - Motion was made by Vicki <br />Ballard, seconded by Wendell Moore, to allow 30 days to demolish. If the <br />property is not demolished in 30 days the City may demolish, with a$1,000 per <br />day civil penalty. Motion carried unanimously. <br />F. 949 12tn Street S.E.; Lot 19, Block 1, Gibbons-Braden Addition - Motion was <br />made by Vicki Ballard, seconded by Wendell Moore, to allow 30 days to <br />demolish. Motion carried unanimously. <br />1. 1730 West Walker; Lot 4, Block 1, Colonial Addition - Motion was made by <br />Ryan Lassiter, seconded by Chris Brown, to allow 60 days to demolish.
