MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />Planning and An Commission <br />FROM: Shawn Napier, <br />Director Engi , Planning & Development <br />DATE: February 24, <br />SUBJECT: Mirabeau Square 287 Addition <br />1 have reviewed the final plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the final plat <br />complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions. <br />l. Change the wording on the "Proposed Oncor Electric Service Easement" to a Utility <br />Easement. <br />2. Change the wording on the "Proposed Surface Drainage Easement" to a Drainage <br />Easement. <br />3. Remove the proposed 60-foot wide drainage easement from the plat. The stonn sewer <br />line goes under a portion of the shopping center. <br />4. Add emergency access easements (Fire Lanes) in the front and rear of the center. <br />5. A Subdivision Improvement Agreement must be completed prior to Council approval of <br />this plat. The Agreement is for drainage ditch improvements and putting a meter on a <br />water line that goes underneath the shopping center to a fire hydrant in the southwest <br />corner of the shopping center. <br />I recommend approval of the final plat upon submission of a completed Subdivision <br />Improvement Agreement and a corrected mylar copy with signatures of the surveyor and owners <br />prior to noon on March 5, 2010. <br />cc: Kevin Can-uth, City Manager <br />Kevin Whitley, R.P.L.S., Hayter Engineering, Inc. <br />John C.
