Sec. 22-5. Inspection. Any duly authorized inspector of the City shall be permitted to make reasonable inspections of any HUD-Code Manufactured Home Park to determine compliance with this Ordinance. Sec. 22-6. Notices, hearings, and orders. Notice of Violations: Requirements of Notice - Whenever it is brought to the attention of the Building Official that there has been a violation of any provisions of this Ordinance, the Building Official shall give notice of such violation to the Permittee or Licensee or their agent, as hereinafter provided. Such notice shall (a) be in writing; (b) shall include a statement of the reasons for its issuance; (c) allow a reasonable time of not less than thirty (30) days, n^or-z *h^„ y^^M, based upon the nature and severity of the violation and having due regard for the safety and protection of the community, for the performance of the act it requires; (d) be served upon the Permittee, Licensee or their agent; provided that such notice or order shall be deemed to have been properly served upon such licensee or agent; hand delivered or sent or Licensee or to -the n n nunh Iecaasnn nt+ .,ge.,+ when a copy thereof has been mail to the last known address pravided by' Permittee k office at. the Manubcturect Home Fark; and ^r ` (e) Contain an outline of remedial action when if taken, will effect compliance with the provisions of this Ordinance.
