<br />Sec. 22-51. Maintenance of Park. <br />The owner or operator of the Mobile Home or HUD-Code Manufactured <br />Home Park shall maintain such park, and any facilities, fixtures or buildings <br />thereon a clean and sanitary condition and in a state of good repair. Office. <br />Every HUD-Code Manufactured Home Park shall have an office in which a <br />copy of the park permit or license shall be posted and the park register shall be <br />maintained in °u^h ^fg^°. It shall be the duty of the licensee to keep a register of <br />park occupancy which shall contain the following information: <br />1. Name, address and telephone number of every owner and occupant. <br />2. The make, model, serial number, year, and dimensions of all HUD-Code <br />Manufactured Homes and Mobile Homes. <br />3.
