MEMURANDUM <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />Planning and Zoning Comrnission <br />FROM: Shawn Napier, P. . <br />Director of Engi 'n , Planning and Development <br />DATE: April 29, 2010 <br />SUBJECT: Robinson Addition 318 Preliminary Plat <br />1 have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the <br />preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following <br />exception. <br />1. Add five-foot utility easements along both sides of NE 31 " Street. <br />2. Change the 60-foot drainage easement to drainage and utility easement. <br />3.
