Officials <br />Con flicts of Interest <br />• An officer or official shall at all times conduct himself <br />pursuant to the Conflict of Interest requisites of Texas <br />Local Government Code Chapter 171. (Refer to Addendu <br />m <br />No. 1 attached.) <br />• The provisions of the Texas Government Code are in <br />addition to any other municipal charter provisions or <br />municipal ordinances defining and prohibiting conflicts <br />f <br />interest. <br />Standards of Conduct <br />1. Required Disclosure <br />A City official shall make the required disclosures unde <br />Chapter 171 of the Texas Local Government Code.
