Members of ad-hoc committees providing advice and/or ecommendation regarding <br />acquisition, zoning or designation of land, whether appointed by the Boar of County <br />Commissioners or appointed by other local govemment boazds or c mmissions <br />authorized to make such appointments. <br />B. Any person who is newly appointed to an employee position listed in Subsection A bove shall, <br />together with acceptance of employment, £ile a 5nancial disclosure statement co taining the <br />necessary information for the calendar year immediately preceding the official appoin ment date. <br />C. All members of boards, commissions and committees listed in Subsection A abo e, and all <br />members of ad hoc committees and task forces providing advice and/or recom endations <br />regarding acquisition, zoning or designation of land, whether appointed by the Boar of Counry <br />Commissioners or appointed by other local govemment boards or commissions au horized to <br />make such appointments, shall, together with the member's acceptance letter, submi a financial <br />disclosure statement which shall include disclosure of any and all potential conflict of interest <br />that may be foreseeable as a result of accepting the board, commission or committee <br />appointment. <br />D. Candidates for elected office shal) simultaneously file a financial disclosure stateme~t with the <br />candidate's registration of candidacy for office with the St. Mary's County Board of upervisors <br />of Elections. <br />E Thereafter, the officials, candidates, appointees and employees identified in Subsecti n A hereof <br />shall all file the required statement with the Ethics Commission on or before the 30th ay of April <br />of each year for the calendar year immediately preceding during any part of which he official, <br />appointee or employee held an office or position or was a candidate for office. <br />F. Upon leaving office: <br />Any official or employee who leaves an office identified in Subsection A for <br />except the official's death, shall within thirty (30) days afier the departure date fi <br />disclosure statement covering any period or periods for which the official or emp <br />filed such a statement, including all required information up to the date of departi <br />ry reason, <br />a financial <br />vee has not <br />1~ h <br />~ f <br />
