Specify purposes for each item of travel. Break out costs of each in-state and each out-of-state <br />trip to separately show the specific costs of transportation and per diem. <br />The travel policy of the City of Paris, which will be the policy of the Northeast Texas Auto Theft Task <br />Force, is as follows: <br />Mileage: $0.55 per mile <br />Per diem: $39.00 -$59.00 per day depending on the city, as allowed by the IRS <br />We will send two officers to the Grant workshop in Austin, Texas, which will cost approximately $1000.00. <br />We plan to send as least one officer to the ABTPA quarterly meetings in Austin, Texas. It is estimated this <br />will cost $2000.00. <br />We will send two officers to the ABTPA Conference/Grant Awards meeting, estimating the cost to be <br />$2000.00. <br />We will send two officers tio the TAVTI Training Conference in Amarillo, Texas which is estimated to cost <br />$2000.00. <br />ABTPA-13 <br />.rl <br />
