AUTOMOBILE BURGLARY 8c THEFT PREVENTION AUTHORITY <br />SPECIAL CONDITION <br />COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENT <br />The attached digest of your grant application represents the Automobile Burglary & Theft <br />Prevention Authority Board's approved amount. The digest represents budgeted amounts only <br />and does not approve any items that conflict with the participating agency's personnel, <br />procurement, travel, or local government code policies and procedures. <br />The grantee will be responsible in determining that the following requirements are being met <br />prior to the release of funds: <br />1) Salaries are in accordance with local policy of the participating agencies. <br />2) Personnel are classified in accordance with the needed qualification for the position. <br />3) Fringe Benefits are in accordance with local policy of the participating agencies. <br />4) Travel Policy is in accordance with the travel policy of the participating agencies. <br />Authorized Official <br />Grantee <br />Date <br />ABTPA-31 <br />69 <br />
