Located West of State Hwy 19124 Lamar County, Texas <br />1.074 Ac. <br />Situated about 6.6 miles South 28° West of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br />Texas, a part of the Adam Hampton Survey #389, and being tract 1, a called 1.074 acre tract of land <br />conveyed to Daisy Farms, LLC by deed recorded in Instrument 070223-2009, in the Official Records <br />of said County and State. <br />Beginning at a 1/2 capped (NELSON SURVEYING) iron pin (fl for corner at the Northwest <br />corner of said Daisy Farms 1.074 acre tract, said corner being the present Southwest corner of tract <br />#3, a called 30 acre tract of land conveyed to David L.
