POLICY ISSUE(S): Planning BACKGROUND: This is the master, preliminary, and final plat for an existing 1.105 acre piece of land located at 2250 30tn Street N.W. (outside of the Loop). The Master Plat is for all of the contiguously owned property. The preliminary and final plats are for lot 2 of the Enns Addition Phase II. The owner plans to build a home on this lot. The lot currently has water and sewer access and is currently zoned Agriculture so the minimum lot size for a residential lot is one acre. Half of the street right-of-way will be dedicated by the final plat for 30t" N.E. Street. BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Planning and Zoning recommended approval of the master plat, preliminary plat, and final plat, subject to City Engineer's recommendations, by a vote of 4-0 on each plat.
