AUTOMOBILE BURGLARY $c THEFT PREVENTION AUTHORITY <br />SCHEDULE E NARRATIVE <br />REQUIRED NARRATIVE: Briefly describe the basis for arriving at the cost of each line item AND THE <br />USE OF EACH ITEM. <br />(A) Monthly gasoline cost for two vehicles is estimated to be $1250 per month or $15,000 <br />annually. <br />(B)Insurance and liability on two vehicles is estimated to cost $1200 annually. <br />(C) The two officers assigned to the task force receive a$500 clothing allowance each per <br />year, totaling $1000. <br />(D) Office supplies include pens, paper, letterheads, business cards, etc. to cost <br />approximately $500 annually. <br />(E) The estimated cost for two cells phones is $100 per month or $1200 per year. <br />(F) We estimate the postage to cost $50 annually. <br />(G) The cost for CD/DVD's for recording interviews of victims and suspects is estimated to <br />cost $500 annually. <br />(H) It costs the City of Paris $1700 per year for the cost of two phones on the Paris Police <br />department phone system. <br />(I) Office expenses and utilities are estimated to be $4000 per year. <br />(J) Confidential funds of $2000 will be used to either the purchase of services, evidence, or <br />specific information pertaining to auto crimes. <br />ABTPA-17 <br />
