In the brochure you will find general firm information
and list of personnel, our qualifications, summaries of several of our historical preservation related
projects, and references from our past projects. We have a long-standing and intense interest in the
future preservation of the Gra»d Tlieatre building and desire to be involved in any preservation efforts
to return the facility to a useful new function.
As you can see from our brochure, we are a very "hands-on" organization and at several times over the
years have actually restored existing building elements and built arcliitecturally- complementary
additions and alterations to existing IZistorically-significant structures when needed aud have perforined
these in a non-detrimental manner. David Deiiney has been involved in Historic Arcliitecture since
1973 and Paul Denney has been involved in Historic Architecture since 1987.
We are confident that we are much more cost-conscious than maiiy of our competitors in the historicai
preservation field. We feel that this will be beneficial to the City of Paris in this endeavor.
If you need additioiial infon-nation, please doii't hesitate to calL Thanks again for this opportunity.
Sincerely,
DENNEY ARCHITECTS
~a
Paul K.
