Council Date: Development Director of Engineering, Planning 14. 06/14/10 & Development RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move to approve the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Mirabeau Square 287 Addition, located at 3552 Lamar Avenue. POLICY ISSUE(S): Planning BACKGROUND: This is the final plat for Lot 1, Block A, Mirabeau Square 287 Addition, located at 3552 Lamar Avenue. The property has never been platted and the majority of the utilities are not in easements. This plat will dedicate easements for City utilities and franchise utility companies. The concrete lined channel on the west side of the property is proposed to be repaired. The owner has prepared plans that have been approved by the City. The owner has submitted a Subdivision Improvement Agreement (SIA) for the repair work to the channel. The SIA allows the owner to file the final plat prior to all of the work being completed that will be dedicated to the City of Paris. For this project that includes the Concrete lined channel repairs and a valve that will be installed on a water line that goes underneath the Hibbet's Sports building to a fire hydrant.
