Fifty-one percent (51 or fifty-two (52) of these jobs shall be held <br />by LMI persons prior to Date of Termination. In the event more than one hundred one (101) permanent <br />jobs are created, the Contractor shall ensure that at least fifty-one percent (51 of all permanent jobs <br />created during the contract period are held by LMI persons.
