(3) An approved list of third-party fire protection engineers will be provided upon <br />request. <br />Fire Alarm S. sty ems <br />A$75.00 minimum or $.50 per fire alarm device whichever is greater, with the fee <br />not to exceed $500.00. <br />Additionally: <br />(1) The fee will be calculated according to the total number of devices shown on <br />plans. <br />(2) An approved third-party plans review is required when the installation or <br />relocation exceeds ten (10) devices. <br />(3) An approved list of third-party fire protection engineers will be provided upon <br />request. <br />(b) Required Fire Construction Permit Fees <br />Underground Fire Main <br />$50.00 permit fee per each fire main, is required for the installation and/or <br />modification of any underground fire main. <br />Above Ground Fire Sprinkler Systems <br />$75.00 Minimum or $.SO per fire sprinkler head, whichever is greater, with the fee <br />not to exceed $500.00. <br />Additionally: <br />(1) The fee will be calculated according to the total number of sprinkler heads <br />shown on plans. <br />Fire Alarm Svstems <br />$75.00 Minimum or $.50 per fire alarm device, whichever is greater, with the fee <br />not to exceed $500.00. <br />Additionally: <br />(1)The fee will be calculated according to the total number of devices shown on <br />plans. <br />Fixed Fire Extinguishing Svstem <br />A$50.00 fee is required for the installation and/or modification of any fixed fire <br />extinguishing system. <br />Flammable and Combustible Liquids <br />A$100.00 fee is required for the installation and/or removal of any above/below <br />ground flammable or combustible liquid tank. <br />LP-Gas <br />A$50.00 fee is required for the installation andlor modification of any LP-Gas <br />System. <br />-2- <br />31 <br />
