Deliberate and possibly act on a Resolution extending the terms of two existing <br />members of the Board of Adjustment. <br />15. Deliberate and possibly act on the proposed sanitation RFP and options. <br />16. Hear and deliberate on the proposed 2010-2011 Budget for the City of Paris. <br />17. Deliberate and possibly act on a Resolution calling a public hearing on the City <br />Manager's proposed Budget for fiscal year 2010-2011. <br />18. Convene into Executive Session: <br />a. Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, Consultation <br />with Attorney, to receive legal advice from the City Attorney about <br />pending or contemplated litigation and/or on matters in which the duty of <br />an attorney to his client under the Texas disciplinary Rules of Professional <br />Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with this chapter, to- <br />wit: Ranger Abbott vs. City of Paris, Texas, et al; Cause No. 79627; in the <br />62"d Judicial District Court of Lamar County, Texas. <br />b. Pursuant to Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code, to deliberate <br />the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property. <br />19. Reconvene into Open Session. <br />20. Consider and approve future events for City Council and/or City Staff pursuant to <br />Resolution No. 2004-081. <br />21.
