Deliberate and possibly act on a Resolution extending the terms of two existing members of the Board of Adjustment. 15. Deliberate and possibly act on the proposed sanitation RFP and options. 16. Hear and deliberate on the proposed 2010-2011 Budget for the City of Paris. 17. Deliberate and possibly act on a Resolution calling a public hearing on the City Manager's proposed Budget for fiscal year 2010-2011. 18. Convene into Executive Session: a. Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, Consultation with Attorney, to receive legal advice from the City Attorney about pending or contemplated litigation and/or on matters in which the duty of an attorney to his client under the Texas disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with this chapter, to- wit: Ranger Abbott vs. City of Paris, Texas, et al; Cause No. 79627; in the 62"d Judicial District Court of Lamar County, Texas. b. Pursuant to Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code, to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property. 19. Reconvene into Open Session. 20. Consider and approve future events for City Council and/or City Staff pursuant to Resolution No. 2004-081. 21. Adjournment.
