Call meeting to order. <br /> Mayor Biard called the meeting to order at 5:32 p.m. <br /> <br /> 2. Invocation. <br /> <br /> Reverend Kenneth Rogers gave the invocation. <br /> <br /> <br /> 3. Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> Council Member Jason Rogers led the pledge. <br /> <br /> 4. Citizens' forum. <br /> <br /> Brian Cannon, 1135 Old Jefferson Road - complained that city staff told him that he had <br /> put in a concrete culver on his property. <br /> <br /> Gene McWaters, 415 39`h S.W. - asked the City Council to consider taking over the park <br /> located on Highway 82 West, because the State had closed it. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 13 <br />
