Mr. Napier stated that this <br /> situation was brought to the city's attention by code enforcement and complaints that had <br /> been received regarding Mr. Mancuso tractor trailer rig being parked in the right-of-way. <br /> Mr. Napier further stated Mr. Mancuso wants to park his tractor trailer in the front yard <br /> which is not allowed in a residential district therefore a zoning change was required to <br /> enable him to park his truck at this location. Mr. Fendley asked isn't there a lot close by for <br /> tractor trailers to park? Jeanna Scott stated Mr. Mancuso had said he was parking his <br /> tractor trailer on an approved lot, and it had been broken into on several occasions. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Keith Barnett, seconded by Dennis Chalaire to deny the petition. <br /> Motion carried 5-2. <br /> <br /> 4. Public hearing to consider the petition of Randall L. Mancuso for a change in zoning f oin <br /> a Planned Development District (PD-b) Housing development or community unit <br /> development to a Commercial District (C) on Lot N Part of 1-A, City Block 328, being <br /> number 3405 Bonham Street. <br /> Public hearing was declared open. <br /> <br /> A. No one spoke in favor of the petition. <br /> <br /> B.
