Using the form provided, please explain the activities presently undertaken to affirmatively further fair housing and which new activities will be undertaken, if an award is made from the Texas Capital Fund. Localities should be aware that, in the event of funding, these fair housing efforts will be monitored. Other activities may be eligible, and the applicant should contact Department to determine eligibility.
