The Contractor's representatives shall meet once a year with the City Council for purposes of <br />an annual contract performance review. <br />Section 28 - AMERICAN DISABILITIES ACT <br />"Any person, firm, business, partnership, or corporation that provides a service ar function to the <br />public or employees, agents or officials of the city of which is performed on behalf of the City, <br />shall comply with 42 U.S.C. 1210-12213 and any amendments thereto, known as the "American <br />Disabilities Act of 1990"." <br />Section 29 - BOOKS AND RECORDS <br />The Contractor hereby agrees to maintain, at is principal place of business within the state of <br />Texas, adequate books and records relating to the performance of its obligations under this <br />Agreement. The records of the Contractor applicable to its performance under this Agreement <br />shall be available for inspection by the City at any time during normal business hours.
