Call meeting to order. <br /> Mayor Biard called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> 2. Invocation. <br /> <br /> Gene Anderson gave the invocation. <br /> <br /> <br /> 3. Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> Council Member Brown led the pledge. <br /> <br /> 4. Citizens' forum. <br /> <br /> Shawn Simons, 319 S.W. 7`h - he said he paid his utilities and wanted to know what <br /> services he got in return. <br /> <br /> A.W. Clem, 100 N. Main Street - he said that he represented a group of people who were <br /> concerned about the length of time it took city staff to complete projects and communication <br /> problems with staff. <br /> <br /> Barbara Doyal, 210 17"' S.E. - she asked for assistance with regard to the drainage ditch <br /> beside her house, because her house had flooded. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 002 <br />
