Commission needs clarification on <br /> wording of agenda item regarding already designated historical structures from the City <br /> Attorney. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Susan Scholz, seconded by Paul Denney, to send all structures <br /> except Item 3F and 3G to the Building and Standards Commission for demolition since it <br /> cannot be rehabilitated nor does it have significant historical value. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br /> 4. Discussion of and possible action on approving a standard streetlight fixture to be used <br /> within the Historic District. <br /> <br /> Commissioners discussed the approval of a standard streetlight fixture. The general <br /> consensus of the commission is the proposed Oncor fixture would be more appropriate <br /> and cost effective for the residential district. The proposed residential streetlights will <br /> border on the northern side up to Kaufman and Sherman Street. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Douglas Cox, seconded by Susan Scholz to approve the Oncor <br /> streetlight fixture as a standard for the residential historic district. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br /> 5. Future agenda items. <br /> <br /> 7.
