These programs are designed to reduce the onset of the use of <br /> alcohol, tobacco and other drugs by youth. <br /> <br /> Tobacco Compliance Checks: ETCADA staff provides education for retailers who sell <br /> tobacco products to ensure that youth under age 18 are not allowed to purchase tobacco <br /> and to ensure retailer compliance when receiving "tobacco stings" by law enforcement. <br /> Community Presentations: ETCADA's professional staff accepts invitations from <br /> organizations, churches and schools to educate people about alcoholism and drug <br /> addiction and to raise awareness about prevention and intervention services available <br /> throughout East Texas. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 0121 <br />
