Motion carried. <br /> Financial reports for July and August 2010 were approved, as submitted, by a motion from Chad <br /> Brown; seconded by Rick Poston. Motion carried. <br /> <br /> Steve Gilbert introduced Hunter Hilburn, CEO, EDSuite, who then demonstrated the PEDC's new <br /> website that they had just launched, www.paristexasusa.com. Mr. Hilburn went through various levels of <br /> the website, from the proposal generating tool, real estate listing tool (State and National levels); mobile <br /> device accessibility; social media links; and links to local websites (city, diversity, chamber, etc.). The <br /> board was very positive about the presentation and thanked Mr. Hilburn for his professional help with this <br /> project. <br /> <br /> Steve Gilbert presented the Director's Report: <br /> • September 21 S` at noon will be the monthly Industrial Managers meeting. <br /> • October 18-22 is Industry Appreciation Week. PEDC will provide breakfast to various <br /> industries that week and will conclude with an event on Friday, October 22nd at Wildcat Creek <br /> Quail Hunting Resort to include skeet shooting, bow and arrow targets, fishing and lunch for all of <br /> Paris' Industries. <br /> • Oncor Electric Delivery will sponsor the Cost Analysis for the Tiger Trail Grant through <br /> "Impact Data Source". Trying to get a meeting with Ralph Hall to get his support of the project <br /> that impacts 19 communities in seven counties of Northeast Texas. <br /> • Looking at benefits from promotional/advertising dollars for the upcoming fiscal year.
