Deliberate and possibly act on a Resolution approving and authorizing the execution of an Agreement between the City of Paris Fire Department and Revenue Rescue, Inc. for the collection of fees and costs for services rendered at vehicle fires, vehicle accidents, hazardous waste spills, and rescue incidents. 27. First reading, deliberate and possibly act on an Ordinance of the City of Paris, Texas, regulating procedures and policies pertaining to the operations of Wrecker, Towing, and Storage Facilities in the City of Paris. 28. First reading, deliberate and possibly act on an Ordinance approving the extension of the school zone near the new Paris High School on Loop 286 SE Loop to include that part of the loop in front of the football stadium and providing for the operation of school zone flashing beacons during school events. 29. Hear and deliberate on presentation of the Leadership Lamar County Class Project on the Grand Theater Fagade Restoration. 30. Deliberate and possibly act on a Resolution authorizing the contract with Terracon for engineering services related to the Grand Theater EPA Brownfield cleanup project. 31. Deliberate and possibly act on a Resolution approving and authorizing the execution of a contract with the Corp. of Engineers for the purchase of the remaining water rights of Lake Pat Mayse. 32. Deliberate and possibly act on a Resolution approving the contract with the Chamber of Commerce of Lamar County, Inc. to maintain the Visitors & Convention Council for the purpose of managing the municipal hotel occupancy tax fund. 33. Deliberate and possibly act on acceptance of a clock from Louise Hagood. 34. Convene into Executive Session: (a) Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, Consultation with Attorney, to receive legal advice from the City Attorney about pending or contemplated litigation and/or on matters in which the duty of an attorney to his client under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas, clearly conflict with this chapter.
