12. Deliberate and possibly act on a Resolution authorizing an agreement with Revenue Rescue, Inc. for the collection of fees and costs for services rendered at vehicle fires, vehicle accidents, hazardous waste spills, and rescue incidents; and authorizing the Mayor to negotiate and execute all necessary documents. (A motion to remove this item from the table is required before deliberating) 13. Deliberate and possibly act on a Resolution accepting the bid and awarding the contract for the Stillhouse Road Widening Project to Richard Drake Construction Co.; and authorizing the Mayor to negotiate and execute all necessary documents. 14. Deliberate and possibly act on a Resolution authorizing the submission of a request to become a reservation system participant to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs for home funds; and authorizing the Mayor to negotiate and execute all necessary documents. 15. Convene into Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, to-wit: the City Manager. 16. Reconvene into open session. 17. Consider and approve future events for City Council and/or City Staff pursuant to Resolution No. 2004-08 ] . 18. Adjournment.
