MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY OF PARIS HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMIVIISSION <br />WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 2010 <br />12:00 0'CLOCK P.M. <br />1. The Historic Preservation Commission meeting was called to order by Arvin Starrett, <br />Chairman at 4:01 p.m. <br />A. The following members were present: <br />Arvin Starrett, Chainnan <br />Douglas Cox <br />Ben Vaughan <br />Susan Scholz, Secretary <br />Paul Denney, Vice-Chairman <br />Matthew Coyle <br />Jerry Raper <br />B. The following members were absent: <br />None <br />C. Also present were Jeanna Scott, City Staff; and Rhonda Rogers, City Council <br />Member. <br />2. Corzsider-ation of 'and action on t{ze following Tax Exeniption Agreement: <br />A. 222 Clarksville Street - Modern Autobody - Motion was made by Ben Vaughan, <br />seconded by Matt Coyle to approve the Tax Exemption.
