Call meeting to order. <br /> Mayor Biard called the meeting to order at 5:32 p.m. <br /> <br /> 2. Invocation. <br /> <br /> Pastor Paul Derringer gave the invocation. <br /> <br /> <br /> 3. Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> Council Member Jason Rogers led the pledge. <br /> <br /> 4. Citizens' forum. <br /> <br /> Denny Head, Executive Director for Paris Housing Authority - on behalf of the citizens <br /> of Booker T. Washington Homes, asked the City Council to declare a nearby club a nuisance, <br /> close it down, and provide security for the citizens residing in the housing addition. <br /> <br /> Chief Bob Hundley - he said that the Police Department was working with the Texas <br /> Attorney General's Office on a project that would possibly allow for a retired police officer to <br /> provide security at BTW Homes. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 2 <br />
