XIX. Each contracting Entity agrees to jointly hold an election, if necessary, with another <br />contracting Entity such as City, School, Hospital, etc. <br />XX. Each person signing below acknowledges their signature as acting on behalf of the Entity <br />they represent. <br />XXI.
