18. Interest of Consultant and Employees. The Consultant covenants that he/she presently has no <br />interest and shall not acquire interest, director indirect, in the study area or any parcels <br />therein or any other interest which would conflict in any manner or degree with the <br />performance of his/her services hereunder.
