Review weekly payrolls, including compliance follow-ups. Conduct employee interviews. <br />15. Process change orders approved by City and the project engineer and submit to the Office <br />prior to execution with the construction contractor. <br />16. Obtain Certificate of Construction Completion/Final Wage Compliance Report and submit to <br />the Office. <br />17.
