12. Deliberate on Paris Economic Development Corporation's 2010-I1 Plan of Work/Quarterly Report. 13. Deliberate and possibly act on a Resolution approving a Lease Agreement between the City of Paris, Texas and Red River Valley Veterans' Memorial, Inc. for a.9022 acre tract of land; and authorizing the Mayor to negotiate and execute all necessary documents. 14. Deliberate on an amendment to Section 21-7 Limitation on Burials, of the Code of Ordinances and provide direction to staff. 15. Convene into Executive Session: a. Pursuant to Section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code to (1) discuss or deliberate regarding commercial or financial information that the governmental body has received from a business prospect that the governmental body seeks to have locate, stay, or expand in or near the territory of the governmental body and with which the governmental body is conducting economic development negotiations; or (2) to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to a business prospect described by Subdivision (1). b. Pursuant to Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property. c. Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, Consultation with Attorney, to receive legal advice from the City Attorney about pending or contemplated litigation and/or on matters in which the duty of an attorney to his client under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with this chapter, to-wit: Ceclia Kane vs. Paris-Lamar County Health Department of Paris, Texas, et al, Civil Action No. 4:1 OCV281. 16. Reconvene into open session to deliberate and possibly act on matters discussed in Executive Session. 17. Consider and approve future events for City Council and/or City Staff pursuant to Resolution No. 2004-081. 18. Adj ournment.
