Proposed Evaluation Design (See Instructions on page 18) <br /> <br /> The Northeast Texas Auto Theft Task Force Senior Detective will meet monthly <br /> <br /> with the Chief of Police, Sheriffs, And Prosecutors in the coverage area in <br /> an effort to provide ongoing evaluation of the program. The statistical data <br /> <br /> used for the evaluation is as follows: <br /> <br /> <br /> 1. Number of auto theft cases <br /> 2. Number of auto theft related cases <br /> <br /> 3. number of auto theft cases presented to and accepted by the <br /> <br /> prosecutors of each county <br /> <br /> 4. Number of seizure cases <br /> <br /> 5. Number of vehicles, parts, or other property that is recovered <br /> <br /> 6. Number of salvage yards, car dealers, and repair shops inspected <br /> <br /> 7. Number of vehicles inspected <br /> <br /> 8. Number of training classes presented to officers <br /> <br /> 9. Number of agencies assisted <br /> <br /> 10.Number of public awareness programs <br /> <br /> <br /> The Task Force members meet weekly with the Criminal Investigation Divisions <br /> <br /> of agencies in our coverage area. The targeted areas for investigations are <br /> determined at these meetings. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ABTPA-33 <br /> - 1.17 <br />
