Kaufinan, Paris, Texas. <br /> <br /> <br /> Present: Mayor: Will Biard <br /> <br /> Council Members: Joe McCarthy; Jason Rogers; John Wright; Stephen <br /> Brown; Edwin Pickle; and Rhonda Rogers <br /> City Staff: Gene Anderson, Interim City Manager/Finance <br /> Director; Kent McIlyar, City Attorney; Janice Ellis, <br /> City Clerk; Bob Hundley, Police Chief, Shawn <br /> Napier, City Engineer; and Ron Sullivan, Public <br /> Works Director <br /> <br /> Ouenina Agenda <br /> <br /> 1. Call meeting to order. <br /> <br /> Mayor Biard called the meeting to order at 5:32 p.m. <br /> <br /> 2. Invocation. <br /> <br /> Shawn Napier gave the invocation. <br /> <br /> 3. Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br /> Council Member Wright led the pledge. <br /> <br /> 4. Citizens' forum. <br /> <br /> No one spoke during the forum. <br /> <br /> Consent Ap-enda <br /> <br /> Mayor Biard inquired of Council Members if they wished to pull any items from the <br /> Consent Agenda for discussion. Council Member Pickle asked for discussion on item 7 and <br /> Council Member Rhonda Rogers asked for discussion on item 8. Council Member Pickle <br /> inquired if LaQuinta and Ramada were current on their hotel/motel taxes. Mr. Anderson said <br /> that Ramada was in the process of being sold and that he would follow-up on these matters. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> _ 4 <br />
