MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br />FROM: Shawn Napier, P.E. <br />Director of Engin Planning and Development <br />DATE: Apri128, 2011 <br />SUBJECT: Rick 250 Addition #1 Preliminary Plat <br />I have reviewed the prellminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the <br />preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following <br />exception. <br />Provide an off-site private sewer easement for the service line to this lot.
