Mr. Harper <br /> stated We Reit will be installing a rail spur to move aggregates. This will bring <br /> more jobs to the City of Paris, helping improve the infrastructure. They will bring <br /> in water trucks to keep the dust down and will also build a berm that will be at least <br /> twelve foot high planting cedars on the top to help shield the neighborhood from <br /> the noise. Proposed hours of operation will be from 7:00 am to 10 pm, to keep <br /> from disturbing neighbors. <br /> <br /> B. No one spoke in opposition. <br /> <br /> Public hearing was declared closed. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Dennis Chalaire, seconded by Richard Hunt to approve the change to <br /> the Future Land Use Map.
