Jason Rogers, City Council member, stated due to a potential conflict <br /> of interest, he would recue himself. Mr. Rogers left the meeting. <br /> Due to the number of guests and presenters for Item 5B, this item was considered first. <br /> Diversity Training RFP bidder presentation - Each bidder had 15 minutes to present their <br /> proposal, followed by Q & A from the audience. Each of the three bidders drew a number for presentation <br /> order, as follows: <br /> 1) The Right Talent, Inc., Kenneth Rogers, Sr. and Kenneth Rogers, Jr., PO Box 1962, Paris, TX <br /> 75461-1962, 214.991.0591, www.therighttalent.org <br /> 2) Bashen Corporation, Janet Emerson Bashen, President & CEO; Laura Potter Haas, Consultant <br /> and Ty Ragland, Consultant, 1616 S. Discussion took place after the last presenter <br /> left the meeting. Steve Gilbert announced each bidder/presenters' fee for services that was submitted <br /> through the Workforce Solutions of Northeast Texas: <br /> 1) Executive Diversity Services base bid was $59,900 plus add-ons equaled $70,000 <br /> 2) The Right Talent base bid was $89,000 plus options equaled $99,000-$113,800 <br /> 3) Bashen Corporation base bid was $245,000 that included $50,000 for software license <br /> <br /> <br /> 19 <br />
