A revised Map and Legend Explanations were adopted on May 12, 2008. Any zoning changes <br />which do not comply with the recommended uses shown on the Future Land Use Plan Map require a <br />formal amendment to such Map. <br />Evan and Melanie Butler is requesting that the property located on a 2.83 acre tract of land being part of <br />the Enoch Crow Survey #208, being located at 4680 Pine Mill Road be rezoned from an Agricultural <br />District (A) to Commercial District (C). The Future Land Use Plan Map recommends that this area be <br />zoned for Low Density Residential. On June 6, 2011, the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />recoininended that the City Council approve the ainendment to the Map that would allow for <br />Commercia] use. <br />The existing building was formerly a pottery store. <br />Planning and Zoning recommended approval of the amendments to the Future Land Use Plan Map, one <br />individual spoke in favor of the petition.
